So over the year, I lost a lot of weight in extremely unhealthy ways and I got on depresso pills and it helped for a little (I'm off them now for other reasons) and it helped me get myself into a more healthier lifestyle, but because of this lifestyle I'm rapidly gaining weight, I won't put numbers because that's bad mindset, but I'm wondering If anyone has found a way to cope with that. Like I know it's getting better but I can't help but see the poor little girl who couldn't fit into clothes, and a bunch of other body issues with it. Wondering if anyone knows a coping mechanism for this

One coping mechanism for dealing with weight gain and body image issues is to focus on the positive aspects of your healthier lifestyle, such as improved self-care and taking care of your body. Instead of focusing on the numbers, try to appreciate the progress you've made in adopting a healthier lifestyle and remind yourself that your worth is not determined by your weight or appearance.
