Probiotics for sure and figuring out what foods are best for “you’re” body. Go to a naturopath and find out what foods make you sick/uncomfortable/allergic, etc.

Fermented foods (kimchi, kombucha, kefir, etc). Vitamins: b12 (energy) magnesium (calmness), and vitamin D. And so much more. Everything affects mental health.
