Looking for Recommendations on Vitamins for Depression, Fatigue, and Pain

hi! :) does anyone have recommendations for vitamins/supplements that they have found to be helpful, specifically for depression, fatigue, or pain (fibromyalgia)?

I started drinking emergen C defense plus when covid started but I noticed ir helped my mood and made the depressive episodes not hit as hard. My assumption is its the magnesium, potassium, and vitamin D

Magnesium, vitamins B and D, turmeric with ginger. Electrolytes. Lions mane powder for brain fog. Different types of kratom for pain and sleep. Probiotics.

A lot of people recommend turmeric for pain and magnesium for muscle pain/cranking/restless legs/sleep. I take both and haven’t noticed a huge difference, but maybe I would if I came off them. I have found that taking electrolytes daily helps my fatigue. The brand I use is LMNT. My doctor does think I have POTS, so I’m not sure if that’s specifically why it’s helpful for me or if it’s just helpful in general.

Vitamin D and turmeric have been the most helpful for me and I do feel worse without them
