YES literally at 3am the worst times it occurs something that helps me it’s kinda weird but I just flex my muscles really hard or do jumping jacks to make it calm down or listen to music or watch something funny on YouTube lol

YES. oddly this always seems to happen on Thursdays. sometimes they make me do impulsive things like online shop or cut my hair. sometimes this panic lasts for hours. I would love to know if someone knows how to stop this

Definitely! I’ll second exercise as a suggestion if you’re up to it. I’ve also found showers to be surprisingly calming/refreshing when I’m feeling anxious and/or overwhelmed
