Feeling Anxious for No Reason

I feel like I'm about to have a panic attack! I'm sat on my sofa not doing anything, no reason to feel like this. does anyone else feel this?

Completely. For no reason. Remind yourself this will pass. Focus on breathing.

Feel like this constantly... Especially in the mornings when I have so much to do in such a short space of time

My anxiety comes to play around 2 am to 7 am. The only thing I want to do is go outside and walk around.

Thanks guys, it's when I'm not doing anything my mind wanders and I get panicked. I can't stay busy all the time but really need to keep my mind busy

I try to let it come, not fight it…it’s so hard but it’s something new I’m trying, like “bring it on, I’m not going to die. I can’t be afraid anymore”

That always happens to me years ago that’s how my first panic attack happened. I was watching TV in the living room eating a yogurt. I remember it like it was yesterday and I had a panic attack had no idea what the heck it was
