What meds and how long have you been on for? Im not on meds but someday I'm ok and someday its just so rough.
I get that feeling a lot. One thing that helps for me, specifically because of how strong my anxiety is, is closing my eyes and telling myself that nothing is as important as I think it is. I try to hone in on my body feelings and acknowledge the pain I usually get from my stress and just sit with it all for a minute to remind my brain that I have nowhere I need to be and nothing is more important than giving myself the time I need to recover. Because if I'm spiraling I can't tend to my responsibilities anyway, so I might as well spend that time where I wouldn't be doing it anyway to just focus on my breathing and separating my self from my stress.
