Does anyone have any tips for ways to transition your thinking? I tend to focus on what’s right in front of me, what I can do in the moment, and tangible ways I can “keep up” in life. But it tends to make me feel bad the longer I sit and start finding things I can’t control. I want to be able to focus more on my interests, and move away from too much heavy thinking about my trauma or interactions with others. I feel like I have a weird problem where I’m able to focus on life stuff (appointments, work, cooking, planning out my day) but I can’t connect with fun stuff for me.
