With help. Complete independence has never been in the cards for me but I give and take with my caretakers so we make it work.
I have to keep my future goals on my mind a lot. I try to find things daily that bring me joy whether giving myself time to just watch a show or work on a drawing or something like that. Just find new hobbies and explore creative things. It’s definitely hard though!

I just keep going so I can see my dog at the end of the day

@Someday oh my have you went into any anger management classes to help you with that?

@LoverGirl1870 also trying different things (medications, herbal remedies, supplements, etc.) one at a time might help. Never know what’s going to work. Keep trying and never give up finding what works for you. (Coming from someone who hasn’t figured it out yet either)

Patience, lots of patience… and a heating pad lol. But in all seriousness I feel like I’ll lose my mind some days. Taking control mentally of your physical state is a powerful tool to control both body and mind and not let one overpower the other. Remember to breathe and recenter yourself 💕
