so i have EDS and CFD and do a really joint intensive sport and work out daily. very often my knees just give out and i cant do anything more than walk for days on end, so does anyone have tips for joint pain? i have tried sports cream and KT tape +pain meds to no avail

      I know this isn't the best answer, but as my CFS and pain got worse I ended up having to step back from my sport. I was in colorguard and now I play front ensemble. Maybe communicate with your coaches to make practice less intense.
