My friend who has eds recently recommended me kt tape (or any kinesiology tape) to help my knees and hips, and I’ve started to use it for work and it’s really helped take a lot of pressure off of them, and feels a lot better than taking a lot of ibuprofen and Tylenol and pushing through it. I’m not sure what joint pain you deal with specifically but I know it’s good for quite a lot so it might be worth a shot if you’re looking for alternatives!

I've found that CBD cream, if it's available in your area, has helped me quite a bit! It really helps relieve my chronic pain, and the jar I got even smells like orange!
