Dealing with Joint Pain: Strategies Needed!

Hello everyone! I’m not officially diagnosed with EDS, but it runs in the family and the doctor pretty much unofficially confirmed I do have it. I struggle with lots of joint pain throughout my day. Mostly in the knees, shoulders, ankles and occasionally wrists. I was wondering what strategies you guys use to deal with the joint pain. Preferably without the use of medications. Thanks for any advice!
