i’m very picky too and it’s hard for me to gain muscle mass because of it. Some things that i like: peanut butter, protein shakes, chicken nuggets, pasta, pancakes/waffles with protein (kodak is my fav), oatmeal, ice cream. hope this helps!! you got it!! message me anytime for ideas or even if you just wanna talk!! good luck 💛

Haha, I’m also really picky. Try eating a lot of things like bread, soups and maybe things like cupcakes which can be a bit scary but it’s okay!! Lots of sugar and things like crackers might help. Also, if you ever start to crave stuff, eat! It’ll definitely help with the weight
Eating at scheduled times or if you get hungry eat then. Eating protein shakes or smoothies if you can. I wouldn’t force yourself to eat what you don’t feel safe with, that will probably make you more anxious, frustrated, and disappointed with yourself. Slowly add more food to your plate as you’re comfortable with. Healing is a long process and I am proud of you!
