I’m trying to gain weight but I’m not sure what the best method is. I don’t have a huge appetite and trying to fit three meals in a day seems super difficult.

Hear me out, but eating six-eight small meals a day really did it for me. It wasn’t too much food at once, and I’ve always been more of a snacker than a full meal person anyway. I’d grab a protein bar and make a milkshake, then I might eat some turkey wraps with chips and a soda, then granola and full fat yogurt with some fruit, etc… by the time you snack though out the day like that, it’s MUCH more bearable than all at once. It might work for you too!

supplements have helped me so much like ensure and breakfast essentials. They can act as meal replacement sometimes, emphasis on sometimes. I usually drink them after my meals and first thing in the morning since i’m usually nauseous. They help with filling my stomach so I can get used to gradually increasing my amount of food I eat. The vanilla ensure is so tasty and so is the chocolate breakfast essential!

On top of good exercise and good food and things, drink soda, that’s really helped me gain some good fat
