I'm not very good at eating. My motivation for it tends to be next to none, even when hungry. But I've been trying to eat more/healthy. Good news is I manage to eat a good chunk once a day... bad news is I don't really eat anything more after that and my lone meals are still not enough calories or nutrients. Any advice?

Start with drinking a lot of water through the day. Slowly switch to nut milks, smoothies, milkshakes, protein shakes, etc.
Get calorie dense foods. Nuts I know have lot of calories for a very small amount. That way while you’re working on eating throughout the day you won’t be losing a ton of weight. Also, meal replacement drinks!!! I think the ones I used to have are called ensure but just any meal replacement drink really. There very small and like 300 cals each. Other than that, schedule eating times. Set an alarm, post reminders for yourself. Also, for me, my motivation comes from outside of myself. I eat for my sister. I eat for my parents. I eat for my friends. I eat because I need to, fuck if I want to eat or not. It’s ok to struggle, just keep working at it 👍
