I'm so glad you're still with us.🤗 Have you tried magnesium supplements? Do some research. It helped me with muscle cramps, mood, and migraines.

I started using a Cefaly device for migraines. It's helped me a lot. I take Wellbutrin and Celexa for depression and anxiety. I attend an art therapy group for cancer patients and their caretakers which has made all the difference.

I do edibles gummies for pain relief sometimes with cbd and or THC, I have crazy back pain and diabetic nerve pain I do like 2 a week if it gets bad. hang in there
