I’ve been fighting a constant battle in my head for awhileee, I’ve always tried to push it away but sum days it catches up with me nd hits me like 8000 ton astroid. I know it’s not good to push feelings down nd ignore them I’m jus really use to it, I’m also terrified to talk about my feelings cus I’m scared of being judged or that how I feel is invalid. I’ve been doing a lil better opening up. It’s also jus really hard to describe what I’m feeling.

It’s hard sharing your feeling with those around you especially if they don’t know what you’re going through. Just remember you’re feelings are very much real and they are valid. I know you don’t know me but it may be easier to talk to someone who you don’t know. I usually feel like a burden when I talk about mine but it’s nice to talk to those who understand somewhat. It’s okay that you don’t know how you feel but I think talking about little situations that may have triggered you can be beneficial to understanding those feelings. I’m here if you need someone to talk to tho!

I push down my feelings sometimes too. I know that it isn’t healthy, but I do it because I don’t want to worry the people that I care about. Also, I don’t want my feelings to be invalidated.
