Why I Don't Talk About My Emotions

“why don’t u ever talk about yourself/your emotions?” bc not every feeling has a word. bc i don’t know. i don’t know how I feel. bc what i feel makes no sense. bc what i feel is contradictory. bc i shouldn’t be feeling this. bc i am the only one who has ever felt this way. bc i am afraid. bc i don’t trust you. bc i want you to know how i feel without having to tell you. bc, what for, if it never helps? bc i don’t deserve getting what i need. bc it would make me feel exposed. bc i would feel like i’m weak. bc i don’t want to fight. bc i don’t want to hurt you. anyone else feel this way?
