Been having a terrible time keeping motivated everyday. Seems so hard to drag my body out of bed like I'm carrying around a flesh sack with me all the time. Tips to get/stay motivated?

Take it one breath at a time. I’m dealing with some very life-changing situations, myself. If you have another day to wake up, then you have a reason to embrace the day, but again, one breath at a time, rather than trying to digest an entire day at once. Everything is a process. And sometimes, I’m just proud to say that I showered, brushed my teeth, and managed to eat a meal per day. You are not alone in how you feel.

i recommend the app fabulous!! it helps u build up small goals overtime, my first one was just to drink a glass of water when i wake up. it gives u something to be proud of so that’s nice
