What do you guys do for motivation during the day when even getting out of bed is a struggle? What helps you get going even when you're so down and depressed it's hard to do anything. I'm so tired of just laying around but can't seem to get myself up and moving. Everyday "normal" things are such a struggle.

      What personally help me Miss2k was being more positive and have faith in God ( or something more powerful than you). Keep it consistent and it will change your mindset with time. Thank you

      Going to get a latte from a coffee shop or food from a restaurant. Also getting up to take my meds for pain. That helps me get up but sometimes I'll just slink back in bed.
