It is so hard for me to get out of bed any time of the day but especially in the morning and during the week. If I could I would stay in bed all day!

There are some days where getting out of bed isn't an option. Between my depression and my tics its pretty hard. But on days where I can I find motivation in other people/things to help me get up. Otherwise I'd be in bed all day everyday

It’s super hard, especially if I haven’t gotten a great sleep (which I hardly ever do), but what I find works for me is just getting it over with. Sounds dumb, but sometimes I just need to push all feelings and thoughts aside and go through my morning on autopilot - as if I were a machine. It can suck, but I tell myself things such as “once I I get myself into the car, I’ve made it”. More often than not, hardest part is getting started.

Oh very hard, but it depends on a variety of factors, how much sleep I was able to get, how I'm doing mentally etc. In general though, I'm not much of a morning person, so if I am to get out of bed during the day it is definitely gonna be midmorning or even mid-afternoon, it depends. Sometimes I put music on and put headphones in to help motivate me to get out bed.
