Here's what I do in situations like this, I write everything down objectively and then I go back and mark each one as real (i.e. I don't have rent money) or not-real (i.e. No one likes me). That helps me actually see what is happening without getting stuck in a negative loop in my head. Plus, it helps just writing it down sometimes too. Big hugs!
