It's becoming more difficult every day to "just cope" or "get over" my poor mental health. I think about suicide way too much and sometimes see it as the only option and all I want is to be better for myself. I struggle with eating and spinal misalignment due to stress. I tend to hide my emotions through making others laugh. And I want to figure out how to love myself so I can be better for those who have gotten tired of me.

It’s easier to live when you live for yourself. which means you cut off unecessary people who dont make you happy, eat what you want, do what you want, find yourself!! Stressing? Well drop everything and focus on your stress, meaning figure out the root and work on it from there. Stop doing things for others, start doing things for you!💕

I honestly can’t imagine people getting tired of you, & if they say they do, drop them asap. Also if you can find a therapist, talking through all of what it means to be human is incredibly helpful for me. Also if you are truly considering suicide, find an inpatient program.
