I'm hungry but I don't want to eat, I don't to do anything, I have been only sleeping an average of 2 hours a night, for the past week. My mental health is just getting worse, way worse day by day. I'm sick of life being this way, with no one to listen. I'm just alone.

Hi. I'm sorry to read your feeling like this. Lose certainly has a way to serve you some humble pie. I don't know what you are going through and no one can compare their own issues with yours. But we all have relatability. We can all relate to the difficulty and sometimes pain behind whatever we are going through. That's why talking it out is so helpful. When life has be completely down in the dumps, I will sometimes find a quiet space and just be with myself. That can't be used to much though because you don't was to fall into a pattern of isolation or withdrawal from those you love unintentionally. Find a "circle" of friends and explain from the get go what you need them for. Ask them what they need from a friend. The beautiful part of my process is I knew meeting new people I had nothing to hide and there would be to judgement on their part. After all, both side are just getting to know one another. There are no expectations or obligations, just support. You would be amazed how many lonely people experience similar issues and can relate. Within that circle you picked only the best who suit your mission. So what is that mission? Be the best version of you, you can be... And be at peace that you like who that is. Pick people who represent a good reflection of the qualities you would like. The people we surround ourselves with and a reflection of who we are. Create an imaginary box. In this box fits only what matters most to you. If something is brought up in conversation that doesn't matter, doesn't promote self growth, doesn't provide a positive outlook, isn't supportive or isn't a healthy discussion which challenges you to become stronger or better (i.e. grow) then it doesn't fit in your box and it's a subject that will not be discussed. Tell people this is where you are in your state of mind at the moment. Get used to that imaginary box. Rehearse it over and over. You may get some of looks to start, but I promise you the respect you get from this who really love you, is amazing. You essentially weed out the negative in your life and embrace the positive. You get nothing but gain. And you're believe it or not teaching this negative/pessimistic parties something they likely don't realize.... Just how negative they are and how OFTEN then are negative. You are watching it for you first and foremost and meeting new solid foundation people while teaching, setting an example and growing your way though this. Rise up my friend. You got it in ya.
