Anyone else really struggle with memory. Been diagnosed with ADHD since I was 4 and really struggle with everyday things. I have suffered with Asthma like symptoms for a few years but because of procrastination never went to the doctors.. it got so bad this year that I went and got diagnosed immediately for Asthma but now struggle to remember my inhalers due to ADHD . Ahhhh help🤦🏽‍♀️

I struggle with my memory too now being diagnosed since I was 14 primarily with the inattentive type ADHD. I'm thinking about going back on medication again. I had to go off my mine because of the heart beating fast.

@Riverrun I had the symptoms with Concerta. I don't see my PCP until March any ideas on how to deal with the focus and memory until I can get into to talk to my PCP about a referral to a psychiatrist?
