      I get very agitated and my sleeping isn't too good but I Tey my best with things and work hard on my mental health and mindset

      sleeping definitely! also sensory overwhelm / what I call the “memory avalanche” while trying to function at work or in personal relationships is really tough for me - like I want to listen respectfully but the way you said that word reminded me of something I saw on tv 5 yrs ago and the person I was watching it with and also there’s a hair in my sock and also I don’t want to even be here…
