Does anyone else feel like their life revolves around trying to heal and manage mental health symptoms and OCD thoughts? Have you been able to overcome this and actually live? These days it feels like I am constantly trying to keep my mind distracted so that I won't start having intrusive and obsessive thoughts. I'm scared of overthinking. I feel hit by emptiness, which is weird since I'm usually someone with an interest in things. Even when I'm not able to do stuff I still think about things I'd want to do eventually like creative projects or new things I want to read or watch, but lately I'm just not really looking forward to anything, and everything overwhelms me.

"Yes, there are others who feel the same way. One person mentioned that they always feel like they're thinking a million miles per hour or fighting off rituals and intrusive thoughts due to their ADHD and OCD. Another person shared that they struggle with obsessive thoughts about their boyfriend cheating on them. Some people have found temporary relief through distraction, while others have found meditation and guided meditation helpful."
