I feel so frustrated. Eating healthy seems hard. I was raised without support - emotionally and intellectually. So I'm literally learning on the fly. Everything sugary takes priority with me. That feel good hug from a sugary snack is hard not to go for. In comparison to say, a cut up mini cucumber. I don't reinforce things, good habits for myself and I find that looking up recipes is overwhelming. Especially being type two diabetic. Life is rough! Help?
