Struggling with Stress Eating and Motivation for Weight Loss

I stress all the time I fill like I go to food for a stress reliever I can never get motivated I want to loose weight I get my sugar under control

I totally relate to that. Recently I started to eat in a specific order: first vegetables, then fat and protein and only at the end of the meal I eat my carbs. I read that in that way the glucose level don't go as up as they usually do, and it also helps me eat less carbs because I fill up on the good stuff first.

Same. I eat when I’m depressed or stressed. People tell me to loose weight it’s not easy. I’m a big soda junkie. I stopped it before. When my mom died I slipped. When I get high. I eat a lot. It’s hard to stop. I’ve been having ideas to get a portion plate. Because of my diet I ended up with stones. I’m still eating bad it’s hard to stop/ I have no energy or motivation to do it.
