It’s so hard. Especially when you are older and have developed strong eating habits. I know one thing for sure eating right helps because my numbers are better when I do. Low carbs and very low sugar. I’m also on 3 medications and now it’s under control.

  @Faithhope i try so hard to develop healthy eating habits but these days i’m eating out of necessity because of gastrointestinal issues :(
