Very depressed today. I’m still trying to learn how to process grief. I barely want to move or think.

      I am also an empath and I also have great difficulty processing grief and death. I hope you are discovering ways in which to grieve, process and heal. I am learning to do all of that myself over the last couple of years

        @Denotchka Another loss. It’s so gut wrenching. I’ve been very guarded with you grief as I’ve found that not everyone understands

          @Nikko81 Nikko,I seriously have lost ten people to phentanyl OD,or cancer! And I am an empathetic so I soak all that sadness in and then I am depressed! It's a vicious cycle! And this was all in the last year!😭

          @Nikko81 If it’s any consolation, I get it. Been mourning loss of people and believe it or not time. So it’s complicated with me as well. Just keep walking it out and if you have to get counseling that works for you do it. Also don’t isolate yourself. Depression makes us want to do that and it never works. It just makes the depression worse.
