❤️❤️❤️ someone once told me that without tears there would be no rainbows in other words it's okay to cry.. just try to remember some good times with them and that may actually make you smile. DM me if you'd like to talk I've had too many deaths my family is all gone. I don't know exactly what you feel but I have an idea of what you're feeling. Best of luck

I want to extend my condolences for your loss. Something that always helps me grieve is remembering and honoring my loved ones. People can stay with you without actually being present in your life if you continue to love and remember them.

My mom always told me remembering the funny ass moments etc. i know it’s odd but talk to them (Talk to yourself ) just carry a conversation while you’re alone
