I’m so depressed. I’m not sure how long I can go on like this. I literally can’t eat or sleep. I just can’t take this pain anymore.

      I’ve felt that way. I’m sorry you’re feeling so badly. I try to make it feel less overwhelming by telling myself maybe staying alive “forever” seems too long but I can definitely stay alive for (whatever amount of time seems doable–1 second, 30 seconds, minutes, hours, etc.) and I just keep doing that until the feeling is less intense. I hope you find something that works for you soon

      😥 is there anything specific making you feel this way? I know I can get depressed and cry and feel like I don’t have a solid reason why.
