For my flashbacks i try and use severe sensory stuff to safely distract my body and mind. Like sour candy, bitter stuff, or sickly sweet. Whatevers most managable. Also try an ice pack or ice in a towel on your chest it can also rlly help bring you back down. Make sure to relax and hydrate and just takr it easy. Hopr u feel better :o)
