Does anyone deal with really severe flashbacks/night terrors & what are your recommendations for easing them when they do flare up?? I've tried just about every "trick in the book" but it's still upsetting me & driving me crazy.. It's been a reoccurring situation, although I'm open to any new ideas/suggestions!!!
