I’ve been trying a myriad of things to sleep at night as well as fight my depression. Amitriptyline worked really well to improve my mood and motivation, and I’m taking ambien extended release to sleep at night. I only take the ambien 3ish times a week. And it feels like when I take it at night, the next day I’m grumpy and unmotivated. I told my doctor this and they told me that wouldn’t happen. So basically they didn’t believe me. I just feel sad and hopeless. Because if my doctors don’t believe me, then what’s the point.
