new here. I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for a long time. the past month though has been worse. I'm struggling to function, to work, to manage everyday life

      Well after all that dread I had this morning the day turned out pretty good. My kids came over and cooked dinner. And I got a few things accomplished 😌

      Some days I wake up feeling ok and then other days I feel the stress immediately upon waking up and i just want to sleep all day. Like today I woke up dreading the day.

      It’s been so painful for me lately, as well. 😥. The best thing I’ve done for myself is set up a bird feeder right outside my window. When notice their calls, I can watch them from wherever I am in the room. In those moments, it’s extremely relieving.
