Hello, recently I have been struggling with my mental health. it's very difficult for me to find motivation to even get out of bed.

      ❤️ I remember those days right now my depression is at a all time high. I am homeless, living in a tent with 2 dogs and my partner. Just always remember that you are never alone

      I’m in the same boat right now. Getting out of bed almost hurts and yet staying in bed is too much time with my thoughts.

        @Bec89 it sucks bc its a lose lose situation. I stay in bed and be miserable with my thoughts. Or I get out of bed forcing myself to fake being happy and in physical pain 😥

          @Brezzy6783 I know it gets better because I was in this same place for another thing that happened in my life and it did get easier but it’s important to face what is so difficult and make a switch. it is the hardest thing ever but if you keep trying it will happen. you need to have hope and want to. Have hope.

          @Brezzy6783 it is overwhelming. I’m going through the worst of it right now. somehow I only get peace in the evenings or before I go to bed and then when I wake up it’s the same story all over again. I also have to go to an office that scares me because I’m all alone and it’s even more alone time with my thoughts and sucks.
