Struggling to Eat Without Pain for Over Two Months

I've been struggling to eat without pain for over two months now. I haven't been able to eat more than a few bites of ANYTHING for days and days now and I'm weak and exhausted, and no doctor seems to know what's going on. it feels like my ribs are being crushed and like my stomach and entire esophagus are burning and aching. I can't get a breath in because of this. I can't do anything but just sit there and wait hours and hours for it to pass, and it's exhausting. I just want to cry and punch something but I don't even have the energy to do that anymore. endoscopy, blood work, ultrasound, and CT scan have all come back unremarkable in this time frame too. I'm in the process of trying to get a HIDA scan and a colonoscopy because I can't function like this, and no one can find any answers. they have me on linzess because they suspected it was constipation issues but linzess has just been making me have the worst nearly daily diarrhea I've ever had in my life. has anyone had anything like this and had a positive result come out or am I just going to be stuck like this?
