I am addicted to social media, especially Tik Tok and Instagram. It is unhealthy. Looking at socials makes me feel lonely, left out, and that I'm not doing anything in my life. Any hobby ideas or ways to pass time? I am trying to cut my social media time.

Drawing and painting are always great pastimes if you are feeling artistic. I play instruments and that always helps me feel better/have something to look forward to. Reading, puzzles, going outside, joining a club/organization in the community, photography, and most importantly, shut off/silence your social media notifications! You don't need to see what everyone else is doing and feel left out because you are your own person and things that make other happy might not make you happy. :)

There's lots of things to do. I draw, garden, creekstompin and collecting the rocks and treasures I find. I also love jigsaw puzzles. Get you a cold beer or a glass of wine, some nice music and let the world slip away. There's lots to do, just figure out what you enjoy. I love TT. I've learned a lot on there but I definitely hand to limit my time. There's just so much you can get into!
