I feel so lonely, that I have to fill the void with YouTube or random other things. I don’t feel a connection with my parents anymore and I have COVID so I can’t go out anymore. This just makes me feel hopeless and helpless. What do I do?

      Prayers! I know how you’re feeling. Therapy gave me something to focus on and work on. YouTube fills my void.

      Yeah I feel this. I’m lucky bc my parents are supportive in helping my mental health issues, but otherwise we completely disagree. Lemme know if you want YouTube suggestions lol. I spend my day in my bed. What are you bingeing lately?

      I completely relate… it is so isolating. YouTube and Tik Tok I seem to use to try and fill that “void.” I agree with ChickenSoup about trying things like games and art… even coloring can be therapeutic. Studying a subject that interests you and activates your mind is always good as well. Reach out to those you trust and lean on them (or us) As stated above, you’re not alone

        @ChronicYetIconic I do color sometimes I just do it less in person and more on my iPad. I could really use a shoulder to lean on while I get through these days…

      i’ve had a similar issue lately and have been trying to find internet things to fill my time that also allow me to connect with others. (watching games/art on twitch & chatting, reddit, etc). ur not alone <3
