Write, read, exercise, cook/bake, hangout with friends, listen to music.

I crochet, bake, work on sigil or spell work. I listen to music with biurnal (I know I misspelled it) notes. A great example is It's Called Freefall by Rainbow Kitten Surprise. Halfway through the song. Puts my brain in a different dimension

I love origami. It's simple and you only need a piece of paper. There are plenty of tutorials and diagrams on YouTube you can follow. Its also an excellent mindfulness tool and, to me, very relaxing. When folding, you use both hands, which stimulates both hemispheres of the brain simultaneously.

I feel your struggle. Things i USED to enjoy, i simply don’t anymore. Such is the joy when your illness gets worse over time. Every once in a while i catch myself enjoying something, which makes me happy. It’s usually the littlest things (and it also happens more often if I’m stoned)

felt that yeah i cant use "the green" persay due to living with my parents, they usually end up telling me to catch up on a chore more than anything else to help me entertain myself. Boredom hits me then depression too all at the same time

I like to go geocaching! It gets you outside and you get to explore places you never would have known about if you weren't looking for a cache. Geocaching is a global scavenger hunt where you find some type of container sign the log, and then put it back for the next person to find! Sometimes there are even items to trade! But if you take something, leave something in its place, it's just good geocaching etiquette. I've found some really cool things in geocaches! The fun for me is in the adventure and finding the container. There are geocaches hidden in every country in the world except North Korea (yes, even Antarctica). If you're interested, you can start by downloading the Geocaching app or going to geocaching.com/play !

Hey @bptomboy The world would be pretty boring if everyone did and liked the same things. That's what I love about art and music; they allow you to productively be yourself. Coding can be fun, and so is research and learning! There is so much out there, science, philosophy, or just skipping stones near a body of water while you let your mind journey. What have you always wanted to try?

i guess ive always wanted to try decoding the little synchronicities of myself through psychology so more research on what makes me, me and others, others
