Does anyone have any issues just standing or sitting still during interactions with other people? I feel like my muscles spasm or twitch and that the person I'm interacting with will notice and think I'm weird. then I can't think straight and panic and then feel like I'm going to have more muscle movements and on and on. it's so uncomfortable and creates a sense of fear and panic of being weird or judged. anyone have similar anxiety feelings? it's really bad if I'm in an interview or standing in an open place with nothing to hold on to too.

I have social anxiety also. You need to mentally relax yourself. Tell yourself it will be all ok. Breath in a controlled way. Don't let panic, fear or social anxiety get the better of you. Tell you "you got this" smile, have eye contact as best you can.

"Yes, some people have reported experiencing muscle spasms or twitching during interactions with others due to anxiety. One person mentioned that they feel like they can't control their body and receive weird looks when out, which leads to judgement from family. Another person shared that they become really shaky to the point where they can't even speak sentences sometimes and can't write on paper. It was also mentioned that someone's left eye starts twitching when their anxiety is high."
