Do You Experience Anxiety Symptoms?

Does anyone else have sensations or impulses that shoot through your body with anxiety/panic? Such as muscle spasms any and everywhere in your body? Arms tingling just to be tingling? Kind of feel out of body and disconnected from yourself? (derealization) and just irritated at the smallest things sometimes?

I totally do! 😅 it sucks so freaking much bc i feel like i cant even control my body right plus the weird looks when out and judgement from family who dont believe im not trying to twitch or move or shake

Yes! I have all but the tingling. My body seizes up often, usually in stressful settings, but sometimes randomly. I think it’s a sign that I haven’t learned to release tension properly, so my body tries to shake it out.

Danggg! Really?? I only get like that when I have a panic attack and then afterwards, I get depressed because I just want them to go away. So you have Tourette’s as well?

I become really really shaky and I can’t control it even when I take my medicine it gets to the point where I can’t even speak sentences sometimes and I can’t write on paper
