      It's so stressful and makes me feel like a child in front of my friends only 5 of them understand it because they have the same thing going on its weird but sad at the same time

          @Rebecca2022 rituals, comfort objects, anything that makes me feel safe really. If you have a partner or someone you trust confide in them. Realize if you get too anxious in a situation you can take a break. Sit down away from the crowd and do some breathing exercises. You aren’t weird for needing that time to yourself. If you need a moment you need a moment, and you should be able to take that moment for your own mental health.
