meditation/sleep apps: Anyone have an app they use to help with sleeping and anxiety? I need something that has various noises (white, brown, green, etc) as well as guided meditation.

      I use a combination of YouTube and the sleep sound skills on Alexa to get the right blend of sounds for free...calm and insight apps charge for the meditations and various sounds it adds up fast

        @Honeybee1849 thank you. I downloaded a few today to try. Already uninstalled 2 because they had very few to offer and was over $10 a month. UGH. Sleep sounds have quite a bit and allows you to mix sounds and set it as favorites for free.

      Insight timer is a free app works very well. Has a lot of different variety. Hope it helps.

          @dolphinblues I use meditation and sleep, but in the children's section, there are people reading stories alice in Wonderland & winnie the Pooh. Story's I liked when I was young.ive really enjoyed those
