This sounds ridiculous but baby videos and baby sensory videos give me enough to focus on for else to quiet down but not so much I’m too engaged. Or finding videos of people’s voice you like. My favorites are the ted talk riddle videos. Niche but cool.

Valerian root helps me as long as I don't take it every single night. Also, if you have a problem falling asleep because your mind is always racing when you try, it's helped tremendously for me to play some calming sleep music video from YouTube and then repeat the words, "Don't think" over and over in my mind because you literally cannot think when you're continuously repeating that and it's helped me fall asleep so much quicker many a nights💓
