      My Abide sleep app. Before that it was my solfeggio sleep app. Great mindfulness tools.

      I like to use guided meditation. It doesn’t always work but sometimes does the trick.

      Tiktok has asmrs and you turn off the lights..put in some earbuds..and they have different items that help you to relax

      I throw on a meditation for anxiety and it helps me some. This plus my anxiety management usually gets the job done but there are some nights my insomnia is getting worse and I’m up all night tossing and turning.

      Taking out my notes app and just writing out my worries until I feel better. I act as if there's a friend on the other end, an unassuming, comforting, life long friend - and I write as if I'm venting my frustrations to them. Or sometimes when I'm too exhausted to confront my anxieties, I simply pull up YouTube and watch mindless videos. Me personally I enjoy gaming videos, especially been into Minecraft lately hehe :3 but it just eases my mind and I can fall asleep to the YouTubers voices and it makes me feel less alone - like someone's there to squeeze my hand and just say "it's okay, I'm here."
