Looking for Anxiety Apps and Chatting Buddies

I have been feeling very depressed and experiencing allot of anxiety. Does anyone have any suggestions on apps that help with anxiety or apps you can freely chat?

      I use the Calm app. It has sound scapes; I like to listen to the rain and thunder especially when trying to sleep. As for chatting, feel free to chat with me as you like, but I know of no other really free chatting apps for anxiety besides Betterhelp and all those online psych services.

      I don't know of an app to help with anxiety, but look into mindfulness. (Years of therapy has helped me.) Yoga and/or meditation can help. Coping skills when it's bad. I have anxiety rings even.
