Does anyone have skin lupus + SLE? I am struggling with chilblain skin lupus currently- wondering if anyone has any other tricks (I keep warm, water soaks, etc.) and if you have any relief in warmer months?

Hello I suffer from both I have Raynaud which is the same as Chilblain I keep gloves and I use the disposal hand warmer. Be careful with heat pad or blankets since our disorder causes numbness and we may not feel burning
