If it is less than 70 degrees I am chilled but not hurting. It takes time and practice to remember to have layers and to keep yourself warm. I still struggle to remember gloves even in the winter.

When it’s cold out I make sure I wear gloves. And put them on inside before going out and they get cold. Cuz even if put the gloves on short time after being out in cold, they still hurt for a while. I always wear sock. Multiple layers sometimes.
